In any case, a legal counselor with the Senator Magnus Abe group, Barrister Golden Chioma said in a live program broadcast by the AIT yesterday that the case by Tonye Cole as the guber applicant of the gathering had been dropped by a before High Court judgment.

Talking at the national partners meeting in front of the pending race, INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu said the commission will comply with all court arranges as the commission has set up alternate course of action to hold race planned for those states if a request of court comes exceptionally near the decision.
