CAN holds petition for quiet decisions
No less than 3,000 Christians in Kaduna on Sunday held a petition rally for the nation and harmony amid the up and coming general decisions.
The Chairman of the Christians Association of Nigeria (CAN) Kaduna Chapter, Rev. John Hayab told newsmen on Sunday in Kaduna that the petition, sorted out by CAN, was held at Albarka Fellowship Baptist Church in Television Kaduna.
Hayab said the supplication was for serene reasonable and believable general decision, in perspective of fears, uneasiness and strain in the development to the race.
“As Christians, we trust that there is nothing God can’t explain, so what we have done is to call Christians to come and submit it to God for nothing, quiet and tenable decision.
“Race will travel every which way, so we should endure one another and live as siblings and sisters; race ought not isolate us.
“God you know our circumstance, we need this race to be serene and effective.”
The CAN Chairman approached Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and Security Agencies to be proficient in their obligations.
“We will likewise appeal to God for the individuals who will take an interest as official of the race, that God contact their heart and make the wisest decision.
“We accept regardless of whether you plan detestable, God will contact your heart to make the right decision,” he said.
Hayab approached the electorate to observe the rules, be honest, thrown their votes and not wreck anything.
He encouraged political performing artists to fear God and behave calmly amid the races.
